Infrastructure
The college is situated in a rural area in Mavelikara about 2 k.m. from the heart of the town and 0.5 k.m. from the railway station. The surroundings of the college is spread with well maintained gardens and buildings, Hostels, Auditorium, conference hall, computer centre, book stall, Principal’s quarters, women’s centre, counselling centre, green house, museum, play ground and stadium, multi gym, canteen and the like. Believing in the holistic development of the students the college is keen to make available its best facilities.

Central Library
The central library is computerized and offers the students a vast collection of books on all subjects. Besides, it stalks current and back issues of journals. The library which is open from 9.00am to 4.00pm on all working days has more than 50000 books.

Science Labs
The science labs are well equipped with highly sophisticated equipments. With the newly started inter disciplinary research centre, the college has emerged as one of the centers with potential for multidisciplinary research and development. There are a number of major and minor research projects going on under the sponsorship of DAAD, STEC, UGC,KSCSTE etc. The Department of Chemistry is an approved research centre of the University of Kerala with Research guides and has international collaboration with Techniche Universitat, Chemnitz, Germany. |
Computer Facilities
The facilities are on par with similar institutions. Administrative works of the college are computerized. The computer centre with 25 terminalshaving internet (broad band with static IP) facilities is open to all who want to smartly tune to the rapid changes taking place. All the departments have been computerized and have internet connectivity. The staff and students are encouraged to use the computer facilities in the centre.

Reprography
The college has reprographic facilities like printers, fax and Xerox machine. OHP, slide projector, LCD projector are used for making presentations more effective. Also, there is a binding section in the college.

Sports and Games
The Physical Education department coordinates the sports and games activities. Apart from the well equipped multi gym in the college opened recently, the facilities include play ground, stadium and well maintained courts for basket ball, volley ball, shuttle badminton, etc.
| Community and Counselling Centre |
| With the commitment of service to the society the college has started a community and counselling centre. It provides free individual Counselling. The centre envisages the active involvement of the student community also in service oriented programmes along with their academic pursuits. A full-fledged counselling centre is being established for improving the mental and moral health of the student community and for enabling them to lead a life of peace and fulfillment. Three Counsellors interact with students and parents. |
